It is also the third episode of the season overall and premiered on June 8, 2023 on Disney Channel to 0.10 million viewers. Plot Hailey and Scott arrive at a western reenactment town to knock off Hailey's Sheriff for a Day off her list, despite the town being in total disrepair. The owner, whom Scott thinks is a ghost, Rusty Nickels, informs the two that due to his rules, they must give up their phones to fully enjoy the reenactment. After noticing the hills in the distance, Scott decides that he wants to ride off of them and hides his phone. Hailey enters to complete the challenges, even though she is much older than the competition. Hailey goes through all of the tasks, the last one being to ride a horse. She learns of Betsy, a wild one, but luckily rides a mule, earning her her badge. Scott tells Hailey that he filmed himself riding off the dirt hills and posted them online. This causes a dirt bike gang to arrive and claim the town as their own. Frightened, Hailey tries to leave after Scott fails to take them on with his regular bike, but Rusty tells her that due to her being the sheriff she must actually take the law into her own hands and face off against the dirt bike gang. Hailey confronts the leader of the dirt bike gang, Road Rash, and challenges him to a bike off. Hailey decides to go with Betsy as her steed and coaxes her into helping her, after she experienced a traumatic past of being replaced by a dirt bike by her previous owner. Hailey and Betsy take on Road Rash through a series of aerial stunts over the dirt hills. After Road Rash mocks the two of them, Betsy performs a wild aerial maneuver that impresses everyone. Road Rash tries to follow up, but ends up crashing into the ground, thus allowing Hailey to win. Road Rash takes his crew and leaves as Hailey decides to pass her plastic badge to a young girl who previously admired her heroism. Rusty thanks Hailey and Scott for helping save his recreational town before mysteriously disappearing, convincing both Hailey and Scott that he was indeed a ghost. The two ride off into the sunset.
