It is also the fourth episode of the season overall. It premiered on June 9, 2023 on Disney+, and premiered a week later on Disney Channel on June 17, 2023 to 0.12 million viewers. Plot Hailey and her father Kai enter Oceanside's Sandcastle Building Contest, with Scott and Hailey's younger siblings Dwayne and Johnson also tagging along. Beta reveals that he came along as well so that she can complete her next item, to win first place at the sand castle competition. He points out how she has a habit of panicking when confronted with a new item, which she feebly denies. To her annoyance, she also runs into A.C. Aychvak, her "rival" who fails to realize that it is one-sided and insists that he will beat her at the competition. Knowing what must be done, Hailey decides to go all in at trying to win rather than settle on a participation trophy. Hailey expertly finds the perfect sand digging spot, however, A.C. had predetermined an area that is filled with inventions of his own design and unveils his touch pad and mini robots that will help build his sandcastle. Hailey wants to get a good castle built, but Kai insists that they take it slow and steady to build their castles and remains ignorant to all the commotion happening around him. A.C. continues to use dirty tactics to toss Hailey and Scott off, but the two manage to overcome them. At one point, a sardine summons a pelican, but Beta manages to distract it. With no other option, they send the twins to fight the robots, but they fall asleep after a while. Beta returns with more pelicans to battle A.C.'s forces and they cause a giant mess that finally defeats A.C. However, the other sandcastles have been destroyed, including Hailey's, making her feel guilty for her actions. Kai reminds her that patience is key and manages to complete a small, yet efficient sandcastle. Hailey manages to win by default, humiliating A.C. yet again, as she, Kai, and Scott also win a coupons to try the gravy cake, which they quickly realize does not taste as good as they initially thought it would. Beta meanwhile commends the pelican for its help, only for it to turn around and comically attack Beta who runs away from it in fear.
