Patricia is very serious about her retailing career. Outside of business, she is a caring wife and mother in the Banks family. She underwent some minor development in "The Flamingo Must Flamin-Go" when she realized that she needed to stop being who she thought other people would find appealing, and should just be herself instead. In "Bringing Home the Beacon", after Hailey's failed attempt to fix the family lighthouse, she revealed that she was embarrassed by the lighthouse because it was a major fail of her great-grandfather, P.H. Phlorange. In "Dance Like No Mom Is Watching", she revealed that she used to have a flair for dancing (and was featured in over 47 music videos with the alias "Radical").
