The Banks Residence is the main location of Hailey's On It!. It is the next door house to the Denoga Residence and belongs to Kai Banks and Patricia Banks.
Appearance[]
It's a suburban two-floor family home, with a shuttered wooden roof. The walls are made of mostly white siding, with four windows at the front, one on the side, and three solar panels.
The house contains a small garage, and on the lot it has huge oak tree with birdhouses made by Hailey, a brick wall from the fence to the beginning of the driveway, a patio kitchen and a tiki bar. To its left is the Denoga Residence. If you exit and go straight ahead, you'll be at an Oceanside beach.
The house currently holds an unknown amount of bedrooms, a living room, a dining room, a kitchen, a family room and an attic.

The front yard and porch of the Banks house is flanked with a huge field off to the right, with a rock pathway to the backyard. The driveway leads to the porch of the house, which is made out of brick and has white pillars lining it. The wooden gate stands off to the house's left side.
